Projonmo Digital Limited is seeking a full-time Senior Client Service Representative to join the team. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, highly-driven individual responsible for capturing, tracking, and qualifying inbound sales leads. The position also requires phone conversations with prospects, promotion of our services, and forwarding of support collateral materials, along with general sales support activities. Clear, confident, and professional verbal and written skills are a must.
We are looking for a highly motivated performer with ambition, passion, and creativity. You must have a deep understanding of digital media with the ability to credibly articulate strategic insights for clients that are based on data and research.
» 2-3 years of working experience in the advertising industry in similar job roles is a must.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
» Research clients’ products, services, plans, competitors, and target markets
» Meet clients for briefings and present proposals to clients for approval
» Brief agency colleagues, and work with them to plan and implement the best advertising solutions for the client
» Ensure that projects are completed on time
» Meeting clients to discuss strategy and report on progress
» Responding to clients’ requests as they arise
» Taking part in pitches for new contracts
» Generating regular and post-campaign reports
BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
» BBA/equivalent degree preferably with a marketing major from reputed universities.
» 2-3 years of working experience in the advertising industry in similar job roles is a must.
Weekdays: Friday and Saturday
Office timings: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Salary

• BDT 18,000 – 35,000 (depending on skillset)
• Salary Review: Yearly (10-30% increment)
